Neil Ledger has over 20 years’ senior business development and commercial management experience in the UK enterprise technology industry, and an impressive track record of building sales and distribution channels on behalf of new market entrants.
In 1998 Neil and business partner Ian Morris sold networking distributor Data Connectivity – their first business venture – to Datrontech Group plc for £7m. He then provided independent consultancy to emerging vendors before founding security distributor Equip Technology – again with Morris – in 2000. The pair sold Equip in 2005 for £11m, but returned to the market a third time with VADition in 2007.
Neil is widely respected throughout the enterprise technology industry, and is regularly quoted in the UK trade media.

Along with long-term business partner Neil Ledger, Ian Morris has accumulated over 20 years’ experience introducing disruptive new technologies into the UK channel via a series of start-up value added distributor businesses.
After establishing networking distribution company Data Connectivity, with Neil Ledger, it was sold in 1998, and following a period of channel focused consultancy Ian then joint-founded Equip Technology. Following the sale of Equip he established VADition in 2007, with Neil Ledger, which was subsequently purchased by Exclusive Networks Group in 2011.
Ian Morris is a highly respected figure in the UK channel, recognised for his ability to identify and select vendor technologies that have a strong proposition and the ability to generate revenue opportunities across the market.
